The Ground Up Clothing Co. has released their Winter Collection 2014: Part 1 x RESTOCK online and at all retail outlets. This collections features new tees, joggers, Hoodies, crewnecks and cut & sew products.

Oh yes, I’m obsessed with it. I make my smeothios with them all the time and the girls love it. That’s what I’m going to be drinking, water, soy milk and almond milk. But, not too often. :) Just the water.

Hi Gayle. I generally use a cmoainbtion of erythritol and liquid sucralose. The liquid sucralose is the sweetener in Splenda. The difference is it doesn’t have the carbs from the white fluffy stuff that they mix it with to make it measure like sugar. So the drops have no carbs. However, it’s difficult to get baked goods to taste sweet enough (in my opinion) because the sucralose doesn’t hold up to heat well. Erythritol does have some carbs, but these carbs do not impact blood sugar.To me, the cmoainbtion of the two tastes the best. It’s good to experiment to see what suits your personal tastes.Hope this helps!Anna
